Part of the position is also being a secretary to the manager and or the owner and make sure to remind them about upcoming tasks they need to complete. Keeping the office organized and filing all important documents. Some of the tasks can be done from home as well.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and seat guests with a smile Manage reservations and waitlists Communicate wait times and accommodate guest requests Keep the entrance and waiting area clean and organized Assist with takeout orders and phone inquiries
