Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their assigned tables or rooms
• Provide menus
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
• Take and relay accurate togo orders to the kitchen staff
• Monitor table turnover and communicate with servers for smooth service
• Maintain a clean and organized host/host station

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
• Familiarity with Clover POS or other point-of-sale systems is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle guest complaints or issues with tact and diplomacy
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a passion for hospitality and food service
