AT LEAST 16 YRS OLD

. You would be sitting customers, cleaning off tables, taking to-go orders and assisting servers. This position usually leads to facilitating to-go orders (making tips) and eventually serving (Making even better tips). This job would be perfect for a teenager's first job. No experience needed. This position starts off at Min Wage and honestly is one of the easiest jobs you will ever have. Does require reliable transportation and good attitude! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor Maintain waitlists and communicate wait times clearly to guests Assist guests with seating preferences and special requests to enhance their experience Answer phone inquiries promptly, providing accurate information about wait times or reservations Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and guest flow management Uphold cleanliness and organization at the host station to reflect a welcoming atmosphere Requirements Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and courteously Exceptional guest relations skills, ensuring every visitor feels valued and attended to Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods during shifts Join us as a Host and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences through genuine hospitality.
