Part-time, Full-time Host Responsibilities:
Retain thorough knowledge about the Stock Hill brand, and be the concierge liaison for all of our guests. Must be articulate, charismatic, confident, friendly, gracious, personable, and respectful. Must have the ability and desire to exceed all guest expectations. Duties include but will not be limited to: answering phones, greeting guests, assigning tables, showing guests to their tables, providing menus, ensuring overall cleanliness of the front lobby.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to maintain professionalism and composure in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Excellent memory and ability to multitask. Outgoing personality with clear and friendly communication skills. Ability to take direction.
Physical requirements:
standing, walking, climbing stairs, reaching, lifting and bending.
