Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Busser/Host and become the welcoming face that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will be the first to greet guests with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive. You will support the restaurant's flow by maintaining a clean and inviting environment, assisting servers with bussing tables, and helping guests find their seats. This position offers an energetic atmosphere where your positive attitude and attention to detail make a real difference in guest satisfaction. Paid training is provided, and every team member plays a vital role in creating memorable moments for our guests. Responsibilities Warmly greet guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Escort guests to their tables, ensuring seating arrangements are smooth and efficient Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, maintaining a tidy dining area Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering condiments or utensils as needed Support food handling and service by helping with basic setup and replenishment of supplies Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and organizing service stations Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required Strong cleaning skills with attention to hygiene standards Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures Experience working in hotel or food industry environments is a plus Reliable, energetic, and eager to contribute to a lively team atmosphere Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and walking Join us in creating an inviting environment where every guest feels appreciated!
