We're looking for servers who genuinely enjoy taking care of people, who can hold their own on a busy floor, and who want to be part of a team. Hosting is also a great entry point into hospitality. Many of our managers, servers, and operators started exactly here. If you're curious about restaurants and want to learn from a James Beard Award-winning team, this is a real path.

Ideal candidates will have:
