We are looking for polished, friendly hosts who create a strong first and last impression for every guest. As a host, you are the face of the restaurant—setting the tone for the entire guest experience from the moment they walk in.

What We're Looking For:

Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor. Strong communication and people skills. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail. Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Team-first mindset. Availability for nights, weekends, and peak shifts.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and manage the front door experience. Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently. Provide accurate wait times and communicate clearly with guests. Coordinate seating flow with servers and management. Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance. Ensure menus and guest materials are clean and presentable.

Requirements:

Previous host or customer service experience preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus. Must be at least 16 years old (or per state labor laws).
