Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The Host/Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service.Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them accordingly
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests
- Provide menus and relay information about specials
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Assist with to-go orders and package items as needed
Skills:
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel industry preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
