Overview Join our dynamic team as a Host/Hostess and become the welcoming face of our vibrant establishment! In this energetic role, you will create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests, manage reservations, and ensure seamless seating arrangements. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will set the tone for an exceptional dining or event experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service expertise while contributing to a lively and friendly environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression Manage waitlists efficiently using multi-line phone systems and computer software Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and reduce wait times Answer incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, providing information and assistance Maintain a clean, organized host stand and dining area to ensure a welcoming environment Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and seating preferences in a courteous manner Experience Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guests Proficiency in computer literacy Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multiple calls simultaneously Be a team player This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive on delivering outstanding customer support and creating memorable guest experiences.
