  • We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests in a hospitality setting.
  • Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
  • Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
  • Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
  • Answer phone calls and take reservations
  • Collaborate with servers to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Requirements
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
  • Proficiency with Aloha POS system is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
