From $10.00-$12.00 per hour Job description: About JINYA Ramen Bar JINYA Ramen Bar is known for its authentic ramen, bold flavors, and exceptional guest experience. Our team is passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and delivering memorable dining experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. Position Overview We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Host / Hostess to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, hosts play a critical role in setting the tone for the dining experience. The ideal candidate is welcoming, professional, and able to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming first impression of JINYA Manage the waitlist and accurately quote wait times Escort guests to their tables while maintaining proper table rotation Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth service Answer phone calls and assist guests with general questions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area Assist with guest flow during peak service hours Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and guest service mindset Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Meal plans / employee meals Paid training with opportunities to grow within the company A supportive and energetic team environment If you enjoy creating great guest experiences and working in a lively restaurant environment, we would love to meet you!
