Host/Hostess Union Street Cafe Concord, NC Job Details Part-time $14 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Food service customer order management Table assignment Greeting customers Bussing Venue customer assistance Full Job Description Hostess needed at downtown Concord breakfast/brunch/lunch restaurant, weekends only Responsibilities include: 1) Greet customers in a timely manner 2) Seat customers in designated section according to seating chart/ server rotation 3) Create and follow waitlist, call customers and let them know when table is ready 4) Answer the phone as needed 5) Take all carry out and phone to go orders 6) Assist front of house staff with closing cleaning, sweeping, mopping, putting chairs up, ect. 7) Bus tables as needed Previous experience preferred but not required
