Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Host/Hostess to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in your ability to communicate effectively, we encourage you to apply.Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they are seated promptly and efficiently.
- Manage reservations, take phone calls, and handle walk-ins.
- Provide exceptional guest relations, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the host stand and guest seating areas.
- Monitor guest flow and adjust the host stand accordingly to minimize wait times.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a high level of customer service and overall dining experience.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with food service and hospitality industry standards.
Skills:
- Excellent guest relations and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment.
