Job Summary:

As a Host at Fort's Mountain Kitchen, you are the first and last face our guests see. You set the tone for a friendly, organized, and professional dining experience by greeting guests warmly, managing wait times, and assisting with overall front-of-house flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival Manage waitlist and seating chart efficiently and fairly Answer phones, take to-go orders, and handle guest inquiries Maintain a clean and organized host stand, entry area, and restroom check log Communicate clearly with servers, bussers, and kitchen to ensure smooth service flow Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly Assist in side work such as rolling silverware, restocking supplies, and wiping down menus

Requirements:
