Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and hospitality-driven Host/Hostess to join our team. This role is essential in creating a warm, organized, and memorable first impression for every guest. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and understands the flow of a busy restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and manage the flow of service from the front door Accurately manage reservations, waitlists, and table turns Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and management Maintain organization and cleanliness of the host stand and entry area Provide accurate wait times and ensure a positive guest experience Assist with seating strategies to optimize service and efficiency Handle high-volume service with composure and professionalism

Qualifications:

Previous hosting or restaurant experience required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Professional appearance and positive attitude Availability to work weekends, and holidays Experience with Toast POS and reservation systems preferred
