Front Desk Team Members

Victory Lanes Events & Entertainment is a 40-lane championship bowling center with a large arcade, billiards, and an exciting new taproom and eatery. We host live entertainment and lots of great group events. Our customers come here to have fun!! We are looking for new Front Desk Team Members to become a part of our family! You will be the main point of contact with our guests as they bowl, dance, play pool, or just hang out with us. •

Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the Front Desk consist of the usual tasks: Answering Phones Taking Reservations Setting up Pre/Post Bowling for League bowlers Welcome back returning guests and make new guests feel at home Setting up guests on lanes while figuring out the best pricing option for them Managing the lanes and waiting list during busy times Starting leagues and doing league announcements Prepare lane charts for upcoming days/weeks Helping our customers select their prizes at the arcade redemption counter --You'll never be bored--
