Front Restaurant Staff

Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experiences Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information about menu items and wait times Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds accurately Assist with guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times Qualifications Basic English required (Vietnamese is a plus, but not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or in food service roles within a restaurant or hotel setting Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices Previous experience in hospitality or guest services enhances your ability to excel in this role This position is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
