Job Description
Overview Join our vibrant team as a Hostess/Golf Cart Driver, where you will be the welcoming face of our property, creating memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. In this lively role, you'll combine guest service with efficient transportation management, ensuring visitors feel valued and comfortable throughout their stay. Your presence and attention to detail will help set the tone for a fun, friendly, and seamless environment that guests will want to return to time and time again. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service that enhances their overall experience Manage guest reservations or inquiries as needed Operate golf carts safely and efficiently to transport guests around the property, including to and from event spaces, accommodations, etc. Assist with event management support by coordinating guest arrivals and ensuring smooth flow during special occasions or functions Handle guest concerns or conflicts promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive atmosphere at all times Support food service operations by delivering menus or assisting with guest requests in dining areas when required Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for all transportation equipment and guest areas Skills Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that makes guests feel welcomed and appreciated Experience in events management or hospitality environments is preferred Strong conflict management abilities to handle guest concerns diplomatically and effectively Background in food service or hospitality roles to assist with guest needs is preferred Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude to anticipate guest needs and enhance their stay Join us in creating unforgettable moments for our guests!
