The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart. Provide menus and inform guests of specials or promotions. Assist in coordinating with the serving staff to ensure timely service. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order management when necessary. Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations throughout the dining experience. Experience Previous Host/Host experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Background in food service or restaurant operations is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on communication and phone etiquette. Experience in hotel or guest services is a plus, enhancing overall guest relations. Familiarity with serving techniques and hospitality best practices will be beneficial.
