Our hosts are responsible for greeting incoming guests, thanking departing guests, providing accurate waiting times, seating guests in a friendly manner, and working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Status:

Full-Time & Part-Time Shifts:

AM & PM. Must be able to work some nights & weekends.

Responsibilities:

Accommodate any special needs or requests of guests. Demonstrate genuine hospitality and set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single Guest feel welcome upon arrival. Receive incoming phone calls with a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly approach. Engage in friendly conversation as you seat Guests in a timely fashion. Ensure that every Guest has a menu and any other important information. Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning as assigned. Assist in clearing, cleaning, and preparing tables for incoming Guests as necessary. Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set Guest expectations. Open door for Guests arriving and departing. Sincerely thank Guests as they leave and invite them to return.

Requirements:

Must have an upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude, and be able to assist guests and possess excellent guest relations skills Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment, work effectively within a team, and be on your feet and alert for extended periods. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Maintains a strong personal image and uniform standards.
