The Position:
Looking for restaurant hostess. The pay for this position is $16.50/hour. Benefits to working at Shadow Ridge Country Club include but are not limited to: Guaranteed select holidays off (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year's Day) Flexible scheduling Shorter evening / weekend shifts
Responsibilities:
Answer all phone calls within 3 rings using the proper phone answering procedures Always greet the guest(s) as soon as they enter the restaurant with a smile Be cheerful, helpful, and take accurate phone messages Create a great first and last impression for our Members and Guests Assist with keeping the restaurant clean and safe Assist with cleaning tables and resets Work banquets/events, on occasion Knowledge of menu options Taking orders from the phone Be able to operate POS terminals
Requirements:
Must be 16 or older to apply Team Player, ability to work within a team environment Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor with Members and coworkers Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays with two hands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear Must be available to work a minimum of 2-3 shifts/week, 15 hours or more This is a part time, year round position
