Job Title:

Host Ledges Restaurant, renowned for its exceptional dining experience and picturesque setting, is seeking a warm, friendly, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host. In this key role, you'll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for our guests' dining experience and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step through our doors.

What You'll Do:

Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, providing a personalized touch. Manage the waitlist, communicate wait times accurately, and handle reservations with efficiency. Ensure the host stand and entryway are tidy and inviting at all times. Work closely with servers and bussers to ensure smooth communication and seamless guest experience. Address any guest complaints or concerns with a professional and proactive approach, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Your Skills and Experience:

Previous experience as a Host or in a customer service role is preferred, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally valued. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to make guests feel at ease. Capable of multitasking and maintaining composure in a bustling environment. Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Why Join Us?
