Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Busser/Host. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, food service, and providing exceptional customer experiences. The busser will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas, assisting with food and beverage service, and supporting overall guest satisfaction. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in the food industry within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The pay is $20 per hour. The candidate should be available for working at weekends. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations in accordance with health and safety standards Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables promptly Support food service operations by delivering orders to guests and ensuring timely service Handle food items safely, adhering to proper food handling procedures Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs courteously and efficiently Support catering events or special functions as needed Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Uphold hospitality standards by maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards is a plus Reliable with a positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving supplies as needed Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if required This role is perfect for individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry while delivering memorable guest experiences.
