Host/Hostess

As our guests' first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their dining experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently Ability to take customers take out orders on our POS system. Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and special requests. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu offerings and making reservations as needed. Support guest relations by addressing any concerns or questions promptly and courteously. Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience with system or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred but not required. (Can learn) A background in hospitality, particularly in restaurant or hotel settings, is highly desirable. Excellent phone etiquette to provide a welcoming experience for callers. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
