Restaurant Host/Hostess

Host / Hostess - One Willow At One Willow, hospitality begins the moment a guest walks through our doors. We are seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized Host/Hostess to join our team and serve as the first impression of our elevated waterfront dining experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and takes pride in delivering seamless, thoughtful service. Availability Requirements Candidates must have open availability from April through August. Part-time availability will be considered. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality Manage reservations and seating flow to ensure an efficient and balanced dining room Answer phones with strong etiquette, confidently handling reservations and guest inquiries Coordinate closely with servers, management, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service Utilize POS systems (Aloha experience preferred; Toast familiarity a plus) Maintain an organized, clean, and polished host stand and entry area Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests with care and urgency Qualifications Prior experience in hospitality or customer service (restaurant experience preferred) Strong communication skills and a professional, composed demeanor Ability to multitask and remain poised in a high-volume environment Detail-oriented with a strong sense of awareness and timing A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences At One Willow, we value professionalism, teamwork, and an elevated standard of service.
