Duties Welcome VIP guests warmly and provide personalized service to make them feel appreciated and valued. Coordinate special events, promotions, and exclusive offers tailored to VIP clientele. Manage guest reservations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Supervise and assist team members in delivering top-tier customer service aligned with brand standards. Handle guest email and phone call inquiries promptly. Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, feedback, and VIP activity to foster ongoing relationships. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract and retain high-profile clients. Requirements Must be 21+ Experience in customer service or hospitality settings. Willing to work late nights and weekends Able to work in fast paced club environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. Excellent communication skills to connect effortlessly with diverse guests.
