Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and efficiently seat diners to optimize flow and satisfaction Oversee the host stand, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes using POS systems Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by providing excellent customer service and addressing guest inquiries promptly Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest needs are met seamlessly Handle phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, making reservations or answering questions about the restaurant Manage guest relations by resolving concerns quickly and courteously to enhance overall experience Supervise front-of-house staff, providing guidance on hospitality standards, guest interactions, and operational procedures Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or in food service with strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management Familiarity with restaurant POS systems Previous restaurant or diner experience is a plus for understanding hospitality standards Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on hospitality and service excellence Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest services to create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality that keeps guests coming back!
