Overview Join our dynamic team as a Host and become the welcoming face of our vibrant restaurant or hospitality venue! Duties Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive, providing a positive first impression Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Answer guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service and timely seating Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns or special requests promptly and courteously Support overall guest experience by providing accurate wait times and managing waitlists effectively Experience Previous host or hostess experience in food service or restaurant settings preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Background in hospitality, hotel, or guest services enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential for success in this role Ability to handle busy periods with energy, positivity, and professionalism Prior experience in serving or food service roles is beneficial but not required Join us to be part of an energetic team that thrives on creating memorable guest experiences!
