Host/Hostess

Ramblewood Country Club is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage seating, and ensure a smooth flow of service between the front and back of house. Your professionalism and positive attitude will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude Escort guests to tables and provide menus & silverware rollups Maintain an accurate seating chart to optimize table turnover and service flow Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff Keep the host stand and entrance area clean, organized, and presentable Assist with coordinating large parties and special requests Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return

Qualifications:

Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Basic computer or reservation system skills Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
