Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to welcome guests and create a positive first impression. The Host/Hostess manages guest seating, reservations, and assists in ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and warmly. Manage reservations and waitlists. Escort guests to tables and provide menus. Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries. Coordinate seating with servers and management. Maintain a clean and organized host station. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask in a busy environment. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required.
