Job Description
Sandhouse Kitchen is seeking a friendly, professional, and welcoming Host / Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you enjoy creating positive first impressions and providing outstanding hospitality, we'd love to have you on our team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival Manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently Answer phone calls and assist with reservations Maintain an organized and welcoming front-of-house area Communicate effectively with servers and management regarding table availability Provide guests with accurate information about the restaurant and menu offerings Ensure exceptional guest service from arrival to departure Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Sandhouse Kitchen?
