Restaurant Host/Hostess

Maple House is a brand new breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant opening in Oceanport, NJ, and we're looking for a friendly, reliable Host/Hostess to join our opening team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized dining experience from the moment they walk in.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and manage waitlists Seat guests efficiently and maintain table flow Answer phones and assist with basic questions Keep the front area clean and organized Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth service What we're looking for: Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Team player with a professional appearance Weekend availability is a plus Experience with Toast Tables is a plus What we offer: Flexible scheduling A brand new, clean, and well-run environment Opportunity to grow with a new restaurant from the ground up If you enjoy working with people and want to be part of something new and exciting, we'd love to meet you.
