HOST We are looking for an experienced host to join our team! La Boca is a well established restaurant downtown that has been a staple in Santa Fe dining for 20 years. We are looking for an experienced host to start immediately :) Responsibilities Welcome guests to the restaurant Provide accurate wait times and monitor wait lists Manage reservations Escort guests to assigned tables Provide menus Thank guests upon their departure Coordinate with servers about available seating options Maintain a clean reception area Answer incoming calls and address guests' queries Assist servers as needed Bus/re-set tables. Any additional task the manager may require Requirements Previous restaurant work Understanding of restaurant etiquette Familiarity with health and safety regulations Demonstrable customer-service skills Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining area Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift Schedule flexibility (we cannot guarantee a set schedule) Positive attitude Works well in a team setting Genuine love of hospitality Hours/Pay 3 - 5 shifts per week $9 per hour plus tips!
