Security Host Secura Protection Las Vegas, NV Job Details Part-time From $22 an hour 10 hours ago Qualifications Customer service Nightclub Guard Card Security Guest services Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking professional, vigilant, and guest-focused Security Hosts to help ensure the safety and security of our guests, team members, and property while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidates will maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and situational awareness in a fast-paced environment. Security Hosts are expected to respond appropriately to safety concerns, policy violations, medical incidents, and suspicious activity while providing assistance to guest and staff as needed. Duties Monitor the property for suspicious activity, safety hazards, intoxicated guests, and policy violations Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining a safe environment Respond to incidents, emergencies, and medical situations Attend required training and maintain compliance certifications Understand and maintain knowledge of the floor plans, tables, seating areas, and all ingress and egress points. React professionally and calmly in emergencies and high-pressure situations. Communicate clearly with others using radios, hand signals, and flashlights. Arrive at the venue in a timely manner, with proper uniform, with a groomed and hygienic appearance, all required equipment, with a mental preparedness and positive attitude ready for the shift. Be willing to work at different times as needed for special events and promotions to the best of your ability and availability. Qualifications Valid PILB license required Valid alcohol awareness card required Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Prior nightclub, bar, or lounge security experience
