Duties Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive Coordinate and oversee birthday parties and special events, including setup, activities, and cleanup Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using cash handling procedures Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving conflicts, and ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain a safe environment by monitoring play areas, enforcing safety rules, and responding promptly to any incidents Assist with food service operations such as serving snacks or beverages during parties or events Handle administrative tasks including reservations, scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area Experience Previous experience in customer service or guest services roles preferred Background in events management or coordinating group activities is a plus Experience working with children in settings such as childcare, education, or entertainment highly desirable Skills in conflict management to handle disputes or concerns professionally and calmly Public speaking abilities to engage groups during activities or announcements Knowledge of food service standards and hospitality practices beneficial Lifeguard experience or certifications are advantageous for ensuring safety in active play environments Familiarity with theater or performance arts can enhance your ability to entertain and engage children effectively This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in lively environments and enjoy creating joyful moments for families.
