Hosts & Maître D' | Camp Rubirosa - East Hampton Camp Rubirosa is hiring experienced Hosts & Maître D' for the summer season. We are seeking poised, organized, hospitality-driven professionals who can confidently lead the guest experience from the door in a fast-moving Hamptons summer environment. This role is essential to maintaining the energy, flow, and hospitality standards that define the Rubirosa experience. Responsibilities Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table flow during high-volume service Greet guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism Communicate clearly with management and service teams throughout service Maintain composure and hospitality under pressure Help create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere from open to close Requirements Experience with Resy or reservation platforms preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Professional and polished presence Ability to multitask and problem solve in real time Full-time availability including weekends and holidays Competitive pay, strong team culture, staff dining, and opportunity for growth within the Rubirosa family.
