Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host/Phones to join our dynamic hospitality team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive. Whether managing reservations, answering phone inquiries, or coordinating guest arrivals, your positive attitude will be key to our success. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements or waiting list management Answer incoming phone calls promptly with professional phone etiquette, providing information about services and reservations Manage reservation systems using POS (Point of Sale) software such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to book, modify, or cancel reservations Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and guest flow Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, special requests, and feedback with a friendly and helpful demeanor Maintain a clean and organized host station, ensuring all materials are stocked and ready for daily operations Support the team during busy periods by assisting with guest services and other front-of-house duties as needed Experience Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment preferred Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in hotel or guest services roles is advantageous Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Hospitality experience that demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a passion for guest satisfaction Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
