Job Description

We are seeking a polished, organized, and hospitality-driven Host/ to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for guests, the host plays a critical role in creating a warm, professional, and seamless dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and manage the flow of service with professionalism and energy Manage reservations and waitlists using ResyOS Coordinate with management and floor staff to ensure efficient seating and guest satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area Communicate accurate wait times and manage guest expectations Assist with guest accommodations and resolve minor issues with hospitality and urgency
Qualifications:
Previous host or hospitality experience preferred Experience with ResyOS or similar reservation platforms is a plus, but not a requirement Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
