• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the venue and services
• Coordinate with staff to ensure timely seating and service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting areas
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
