Sleepare® is looking for a friendly, professional Host/front desk associate to be the welcoming face of our showroom. About Sleepare Sleepare is a mattress and sleep-accessories showroom featuring top online mattress brands in a relaxed, no-pressure environment. Our mission is to make mattress shopping simple, comfortable, and stress-free. Key Responsibilities Greet all customers warmly as they enter the showroom Create a welcoming, professional first impression Assist with customer check-ins and appointment confirmations Direct guests to the appropriate sales associate or showroom area Answer basic questions about the store, brands, and layout Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area Communicate guest flow and needs with the sales team Assist with light administrative or support tasks as needed Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stand and interact with customers for extended periods Basic comfort with technology (tablets, scheduling systems, etc.) Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
