Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a professional and upbeat attitude Manage reservations and guest flow using OpenTable (reservation software) Seat guests efficiently and manage wait times during peak hours Serve water and provide menus upon seating Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth front-of-house operations Utilize internal systems, technology, and software as needed Adapt quickly and use critical thinking skills in a high-volume environment
Qualifications:
Strong communication and people skills Experience with reservation platforms preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Comfortable using technology and learning new systems Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
