The ideal candidate is confident, personable, professional under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced upscale dining environment. Attention to detail, poise, communication skills, leadership, and a genuine passion for guest experience are essential.

Responsibilities Include:

Welcoming and engaging guests with warmth and professionalism Managing reservations, guest flow, and seating efficiently Maintaining strong communication with management and service teams Anticipating guest needs and handling special requests with care Assisting in creating a seamless, elevated dining experience Maintaining composure and professionalism during high-volume service Mentoring, coaching, and helping develop the host team to ensure consistency in hospitality standards and guest experience Leading by example and helping create a positive, team-oriented culture Supporting the overall culture and hospitality standards of the hotel and restaurant

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment required OpenTable and/or Resy experience is a must Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Weekend and holiday availability required If you are passionate about hospitality and love creating unforgettable guest experiences while helping lead and inspire a team, we would love to meet you.
