Duties Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide a warm welcome upon arrival Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest flow Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information about wait times and reservations Assist guests with special requests or seating preferences to enhance their experience Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times Skills Prior experience as a Host or Hostess in food service or restaurant settings preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest relations best practices Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous hotel or guest services experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in guest interactions Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
