Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave Manage the seating chart and efficiently assign tables to servers Keep track of table turnover and waitlists during busy hours Answer phone calls promptly and professionally Take and accurately package to-go orders with attention to detail Assist with basic cleaning duties to keep the host stand and front area tidy Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management

Qualifications:

Previous hosting or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure Comfortable using a POS system and phone Friendly, positive attitude and a team player mindset Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
