Job Description

Overview Join the team at Cut 132 , a high-class steak restaurant that dares to be different with a modern spin on everything from steaks to sides, drinks to dessert, while honoring the great tradition of American steakhouses. As a Host , you will be the face of our restaurant, welcoming guests with a warm smile and creating a positive first impression. Your exceptional customer service and organizational skills will ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our valued guests. Be part of a team that takes pride in providing exceptional hospitality and making each guest feel truly special. Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Manage the reservation system and seat guests efficiently to maintain proper flow. Provide accurate wait times and communicate with guests regarding table availability. Answer guest inquiries and assist in making their dining experience exceptional. Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth guest transitions and a high level of service. Qualifications Experience in high volume, upscale causal dining or an equivalent service environment preferred. Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours). Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, high chairs, booster seats). Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally. Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones. Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment. Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-pace setting.
