RESPONSIBILITIES

Â

• Greet incoming and departing guests Â
• Escort guests to assigned dining area and present menus Â
• Seat guests in either the bar or dining area depending on their preference Â
• Inform guests of current promotions and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff Â
• Screen incoming calls to the restaurant Â
• Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas Â
• Provide accurate wait times to incoming guests Â
• Tend to guests’ needs and requests Â
• Observe needs throughout dining experience to ensure guests receive high quality service Â
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies Â
• Assist in the dining room by setting/clearing tables and serving beverages Â
• Maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards Â
• Performs other duties as assigned
