Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they arrive for breakfast service, providing friendly and attentive assistance. Assist guests with seating arrangements and answer questions about menu options or dining procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations. Replenish food items, beverages, and condiments promptly to ensure a fresh and appealing presentation. Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, responding quickly to requests or concerns. Support team members by coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Uphold health and safety standards by adhering to sanitation guidelines and proper food handling procedures. Skills Excellent communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward assisting colleagues. Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Basic knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is preferred but not required. Positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
