Hostess/Cashier

• Job Summary
• We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and handling transactions in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Duties
• Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage reservations and assist with guest inquiries
• Operate the Aloha POS system to process orders and payments
• Provide excellent guest services by ensuring a positive experience
• Answer phones with proper phone etiquette and assist callers with inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and cashier station
• Requirements
• Experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Proficiency in using POS systems for transactions
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to help ensure guest satisfaction
