Ideal applicants would be friendly, personable, and have a professional demeanor appearance and phone etiquette. If you have used OpenTable before, that would be a big plus as we use it to manage reservations. You should be comfortable using computers for our reservation system for the job. Primary job responsibilities include answering the phone, managing reservations, server rotation, seating guests, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining a clean workstation, and assisting the manager with other duties as necessary. Qualifications
  • Host/hostess experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in POS systems like Toast
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette
  • Ability to provide exceptional guest services
  • Knowledge of guest relations and serving protocols Pay is negotiable, you also receive nightly tips.
