Restaurant Host/Cashier

Join the Team at Georgie's Beachside Grill! Georgie's is currently seeking a full-time Restaurant Cashier to join our team for PM shifts, typically scheduled between 2:00pm-9:00pm or 3:00pm-10:00pm. In addition to an hourly wage, this position also shares in the restaurant tip pool! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional guest service, and being part of a fun, team-oriented atmosphere with stunning ocean views, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Greet and seat guests with friendly, professional service Answer phone calls and assist guests with questions and orders Perform POS and cash handling functions accurately Balance cash drawer at the end of shift Assist with side work and support other team members as needed Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

What We're Looking For:

Must be 18 years of age or older Strong customer service and communication skills Cash handling experience preferred Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment Flexibility and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Availability to work any day of the week (flexibility is required, though this is not a 7-day-per-week position) Oregon Food Handler's Permit and OLCC License required (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Physical Requirements:

This position requires standing and walking for the duration of the shift, along with bending, reaching, twisting, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Come be part of a team that creates remarkable guest experiences every day at one of the Oregon Coast's favorite restaurants!

Pay:

$18.31 per hour
